There is a quote from Calvin Coolidge that I'd like to share:
"Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan "press on" has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race"
This is a very powerful message. People seem to think they need to have some special abilities in order to achieve great things. All you need is a keen focus and a stalwart belief in your success; whatever the goal may be. They will give you strength to persist through the inevitable hurdles that will hinder your path.

I like this quote, Kelvin, and it makes good sense. I really like the fact that it reminds us that you control your situation more than anyone or anything else. Of course, it's not always easy to remember that when things aren't going well. Keep posting your wisdom.
